Guarantee

Order Business DSL Plus Enterprise Internet service and try it for 30 days. If not fully satisfied, all installation, equipment, and monthly service fees will be refunded and service agreement will be discontinued without further obligation. Please review the Covad Customer Policies for details.4
NOTE: A $35 activation fee will be applied to all new orders for Covad broadband services. This fee helps Covad recover some of the administrative costs incurred in processing your order. Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Covad stands behind the promise of uncompromising quality by providing SLAs for business-class services. Business DSL Plus Enterprise provides enterprise-class guarantees and support, giving you the peace of mind that comes with the reliability and quality of Covad business broadband service.

  • Time-to-repair guarantee—Guaranteed restoration within 12 hours in the event of a service outage, or you will be eligible for a credit equal to 20% of your monthly service fee.
  • Fast installation time guarantee—Get high-speed Internet installed within 30 calendar days of placing your order, or we'll credit 50% of your first month's service fee.
  • Service availability guarantee—Service availability of 99.9% or better, or you will be eligible for a credit equal to one day of service for every hour of downtime beyond the guarantee.
  • Lifetime equipment warranty—Buy the recommended equipment from Covad without worry.
  • Average network delivery and delay—Choose Covad with confidence in the performance of our network.
    • Data delivery—99.9% successful delivery of all data packets sent from your location over the Covad network, or you will be eligible for a credit of up to 10% of your monthly service fee.
    • Delay—110 millisecond average for the round trip of a message sent from your location to a test point on the Covad network, or you will be eligible for a credit of up to 10% of your monthly service fee.
