About the Program

The Covad Wholesale Program is designed for partners who want to purchase Covad VoIP or broadband services on a wholesale basis and sell these services to their customers under their own brand name. Authorized resellers act as the primary point of customer contact for all pre- and post-sales support, including order management, customer care, and billing.

Who Should Join

This program is ideally suited for CLEC’s, Telco’s, International Telco’s,  Internet service providers, managed service providers, VoIP Providers and security solution specialists that can commit to a minimum $150,000 agreement, and  will market Covad products to their existing customer base.

  • Resources—Professionally managed and dedicated sales channel. Technical support engineer(s) dedicated to broadband and network infrastructure support. Billing system in place to invoice customers. Maintain and manage unique domain. Host Radius server with public static IP addressing, PPPoE functionality. Full back-office support
